I am a yoga student and instructor in San Diego, CA I've been practicing yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2017. I obtained my RYT-200 hr in Portland, OR at Yoga Bhoga studio. I completed my 300 hr certification in yoga biomechanics in 2020 with Jules Mitchell.
For me, yoga is a practice of sensing deeper into the body, deeper into the breath, and lightening up in the mind. I crave a creative & fun practice with sneaky challenges that meet the needs of my clients and students. I believe the foundations of yoga are powerful tools and I definitely don't take yoga too seriously. I believe the traditional poses have much to offer and I love to find a new twist on an old favorite. If you practice with me you'll hear me say, a million times, "find your sweet spot"...it’s your mat. It’s your practice. It’s your yoga.
